Hyrian is a metrics-driven company. It's in our DNA to measure and analyze every detail of the hiring process. This equips us to design an optimal process using hard data that promotes continual improvements over time. While all enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems deliver basic reports, we find that they are unable to breathe life into the data in a way that can transform the recruitment process.
Hyrian's reporting and analysis team develops metrics reports that go far beyond cost-per-hire and time-to-fill and drill down to examine things like candidate source quality, recruiter effectiveness, candidate drop-off ratios and more.
With literally millions of pieces of data in our system, we can "work backward" from a hiring goal and use our deep understanding of the job market, and candidate and hiring manager behavior, to build a process that always meets and often exceeds our clients' needs.
For example, we can combine our knowledge of source effectiveness, recruiter efficiency and candidate pass/fail ratios to build a department with the precise amount of resources required — without underbuilding (leading to missed hiring deadlines) or overbuilding (leading to inflated costs).
