Hyrian's programs are 100% custom designed and built for each client
following a detailed specification development process. Rather
than try to run your specific situation through a standardized
transaction engine, we build a new process specific to your needs,
allowing for increased flexibility, customization and seamless and
painless integration.
Great recruitment requires that four factors be balanced and in-step, namely People, Process, Platform and Partnership.
- People — At the core of a great recruitment function are the
people executing the recruitment process. We will build and
train a team of specialists designed to deploy our Distributed
Recruiting model on your behalf.
- Process — Best business processes are not the result of
happenstance; they are engineered, managed, audited, and continuously
refined. Hyrian utilizes a DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze,
Improve, Control) process similar to that found in Six Sigma to build
and run all of our programs. Our unique Distributed Recruiting
workflow process ensures both efficiency and quality, as each step is
carried out by a subject matter expert under explicit guidelines.
- Platform — A great recruitment process requires the use of a
world-class Applicant Tracking System. Hyrian can work within
your existing ATS, but is able to build a workflow that maximizes your
technology ROI by drawing upon its strengths and working around any
weaknesses. We have experience with a number of the best
enterprise class Applicant Tracking Systems on the market today, and
will become certified in your platform if we haven't worked with it
previously. If you do not currently have an ATS in place, or wish
to replace your existing platform, Hyrian can help you select and
implement a new system better suited to your needs.
- Partnership — The key to successfully outsourcing any function is
the establishment and maintenance of a win-win partnership between the
client and the outsourcing provider. Hyrian's goal is not to
exclude you from the process, but rather to remove the headaches
associated with its execution while inviting you to maintain strategic
involvement and ultimate control over the function. Our
governance model ensures that you maintain strategic oversight and
control while we have full accountability for the execution of your
recruitment process.
